How it works

  1. Step 1: Pick how many plays you want and how many days they run.
  2. Step 2: Sign up and pay. Campaigns can take up to a month to get on the road, and you get a full refund any time before your ad starts.
  3. Step 3: Upload a 3:1 image any time before your start date. We'll email you the date.
  4. Step 4: We check your ad and put it on the bikes. Watch the verified plays add up.

Again. And again. And again.

  • We tend to trust what feels familiar, and a name starts to feel familiar once we've met it a few times.
  • Marketers call it the “rule of 7”: a rough rule of thumb that a message takes a few goes before it sticks.
  • That's the part PedalPanel does: the same ad, on the same streets, again and again.

Every play, on the record.

Each screen keeps a log of every play it shows. The logs reach your dashboard a day or so later, added up day by day.

Campaign length

1–90 daysAt least A$10.00 a day.

You choose how many days your campaign runs, from 1 to 90, counted from your start date. Each day needs at least A$10.00 of plays. The length doesn't change the price.

If your plays don't fit the screen space over the days you choose, we show you the shortest time we can run them, or the most plays that fit those days.

Versus the usual suspects

  • Letterbox flyers:

you pay to print and deliver them, every single drop.

    • Plenty go straight into the recycling.
    • “No junk mail” stickers turn you away at the gate.
    • One drop, then it's gone.
  • Social ads:

easy to scroll past, and bidding against big-brand budgets.

    • The price moves with the auction, day to day.
    • Easy to skip, hide or block.
    • Targeting and ads take time to learn and keep tuning.
  • PedalPanel:

from A$10.00 incl. GST, every play verified. Campaigns can take up to a month to get on the road.

    • At street level, riding past shopfronts and cafés.
    • Moves around Sydney, so the same ad comes past again and again.
    • Every play logged, day by day, on your dashboard.
    • Published prices. No bidding.
